       RECRUITMENT

1. The company recognizes the safe and
    efficient operation of a vessel is greatly
    dependent on the qualification,
    training, expertise and experience
    of the staff appointed to the vessel.

2. To create and maintain a pool of competent seafarers
    for the company's manned fleet.

3. To employ sea staff who are duly qualified according to mandatory rules and regulations to serve in the rank they have been selected for.

4. To employ only those seafarers who are mentally/physically sound, medically fit and free from abuse of habit forming drugs and abuse of.

5. To employ seafarers who have previous experience of the same or similiar vessels to their assignment. Or in the absence of experience, has attend the requisite training from a reputable school and accredited by applicable administratios.

6. To employ seafarers who can adequately understand and
    speak the English languange.
